Triple Chocolate Oreo Brownies

Lately, all I can think about is chocolate. When I first saw this recipe on Simply Baking on the Cooking Channel, and I knew I had to try it. It has such an intense chocolate flavor; definitely the perfect way to satisfy your sweet tooth. These brownies are perfectly gooey, and full of an amazing chocolate flavor, just be sure to have a large glass of milk ready.

{Triple Chocolate Oreo Brownies}

11 tbs unsalted butter

4 ounces 60% Cacao

3 ounces 86% Cacao

3 eggs

2 egg yolks

2 tsp pure vanilla extract

3/4 cups light brown sugar

2 tbs all-purpose flour

1 tbs cocoa

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and line pan with parchment paper.

Melt butter in pan over medium heat. When the butter has melted, remove the pan from the heat and add the grated chocolate. Let stand for a few minutes until the chocolate goes soft, then stir together.

Whisk the eggs, egg yolks, and vanilla together in a large bowl until they begin to get light and fluffy.

Add the sugar in two additions, whisking between each. Pour it around the side of the egg mix so as not to knock out the air that has been whisked in to it. Keep whisking until the mixture becomes stiffer.

Once the egg mixture is ready, pour the chocolate into it, again around the sides.Fold in flour, salt, and cocoa Add 3/4 of the crushed oreos.  Stir until fully combined, then pour the mixture into the prepared pan. Scatter the remaining Oreos over the top, pressing them in slightly. Bake in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes. The middle should be slightly gooey.

Let brownies completely cool, and pull out with parchment paper. Cut brownies and dust with powdered sugar. Enjoy!
